About Michael

My name is Michael Pyskaty, a senior Journalism major at Ithaca College’s Roy H. Park School of Communications. I’m a born and raised Western New Yorker, with a passion for strong reporting, good local news, and the Buffalo Bills and Sabres. I have a particular interest in investigative reporting and producing, because I always want my reporting to do more than “scratch the surface.” I’ve had the opportunity to research and report various stories of local, regional, and national interest through internships with Spectrum NY1 News in New York City, and ABC News in Washington. Currently, I serve as the News Director at Ithaca College Television, overseeing five different news programs in my department. I’d love to hear from you!
